Organise and delete your referencesĮndNote Groups are folders used to organise your references. Look for an export link or button, this may be under 'Save' in some databases. Other databases will work in a similar way. Select 'EXPORT RIS (ENDNOTE)', click on 'DOWNLOAD'. Select the ellipsis beside 'My Favourites'. Select one or more references to send to your EndNote Library by clicking the tick box to the right of the titles. To go to your favourites, select the pin icon from the top menu bar. From your search results, select the references you want to add to EndNote by clicking the pin to the right of each title. Go to the Library homepage and search for your topic in Library SEARCH. We now have our first reference in our Library, it will appear under 'All References'. Close the window by clicking on the x at the top right. Once you have filled out the fields, click 'Save' at the top right of the form. Be careful of punctuation as an error here will be an error in your bibliography. Author names should be listed one per line and formatted as follows: surname, comma, space and initial.
